海外渡航時の手続きについて Procedures for traveling abroad
学生の皆さま
留学や私事渡航などで海外へ渡航する際は、現地での安全確保や緊急事態発生時のため
渡航前に以下のとおり手続きをしてください。
外国人留学生の方が母国に帰国する際も手続きをしてください。

| ３カ月以上 | 在留届 | 一時離日届 |
※たびレジとは
3か月未満の短期間海外へ渡航する者が現地での滞在予定先情報やメールアドレスを登録することにより、
渡航先の安全情報や緊急時の連絡などの受け取りが可能になるサービス。
日本人の方が3か月以上海外滞在の場合は在留届を提出する必要があります。

before you depart to ensure your safety and in case of an emergency.
International students must also complete the following procedures
when returning to their home countries.

※たびレジ(Tabireji) service allows people traveling overseas for short periods of less than three months to register their planned destination and email address, and receive safety information about their destination and emergency contact information. This service is available only in Japanese.
