2026年度大学間学術交流協定に基づく派遣交換留学候補者の募集（二次募集） について Application for Outbound Exchange Program based on University-level Exchange Agreements
希望する学生は、以下URLから募集要項等を確認のうえ、期限までに必要書類を提出してください。
提出先：文学部・文学研究科教務室へメールにて提出
提出期限：2026年6月10日(水)
【留意事項】
①教員からの推薦状は、担当教員から教務係へ直接送付いただくよう依頼してください。
ただし、教員から学生を通しての提出で差支えない場合は学生から教務係への提出でも構いません。
なお、教員直筆の署名が必要になりますのでご注意ください。

②応募学生の面接選考の有無に関する連絡は、留学生課から学生に対し、7月3日(金)正午以降に学務情報システムから通知予定ですので、随時学務情報システムを確認してください。

Application submission：submit application materials digitally to the Educaitonal Affairs Office, Faculty/Graduate School of Arts and Letters

①Please ask your academic advisor to send the letter of recommendation directly to the Educational affairs office. However, it is acceptable to submit it through the student, if the academic advisor allow the student to do so. Please note that the academic advisor should sign the document by hand.

②Notifications regarding whether or not applicants will be interviewed will be sent to students by the International Student Affairs Office via the Academic Affairs Information System after noon on July 3rd (Friday). Please check the Academic Affairs Information System regularly.
