- 筑波大学第二学群心理学主専攻、筑波大学博士課程心理学研究科中退。Indiana University, Ph.D。筑波大学助手、京都教育大学講師を経て、2004年よりお茶の水女子大学助教授、准教授、教授。2020年より、クロスアポイントメントにより東北大学文学研究科教授。2002年安倍フェロー、Indiana University, Yale University客員研究員。2016-2017 フルブライト研究員プログラムによりNortheastern University 客員研究員。
